Grads Paths does not guarantee admission outcomes, academic results, or licensure eligibility.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• Users must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform
• Mentors must represent their qualifications truthfully

4. Mentor Responsibilities

Mentors agree to:

• Provide accurate information about experience and background
• Conduct sessions professionally and respectfully
• Comply with all applicable laws and ethical standards
• Avoid misrepresentation or guarantees of outcomes

Grads Paths may review, restrict, or remove mentor accounts at its discretion.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Prices and offerings may change with notice
• Refunds, if available, are governed by the applicable refund policy at time of booking
• Grads Paths is not responsible for payment processor errors outside its control

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
• Harass, exploit, or harm other users
• Circumvent platform fees or scheduling tools
• Upload false, misleading, or unlawful content

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by Grads Paths or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their own content but grant Grads Paths a limited license to display it for platform operation.

8. Termination

• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
